Tasting notes
The 2025 Cantelys was tasted from two bottles, the first not representative. The second had more freshness, with blackcurrant and bilberry fruit, a hint of cola in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with a powdery texture, black fruit in the driving seat, laced with black pepper towards the finish. Moderate length. A very promising showing.

Deep ruby-hued, the 2025 Château Cantelys has solid aromatics of juicy red, blue, and black fruits, exotic flowers, and sappy, herbal, minty nuances. On the palate, it's beautiful, with medium to full-bodied richness, a ripe, round, layered mouthfeel, and quality tannins. It's impeccably made and is going to be an outstanding Graves.
So beautiful, with aromas of blueberries and hints of spices, stones and chocolate. Medium-bodied with integrated tannins and a soft, caressing finish. Pure merlot. No longer with any cabernet sauvignon.
The 2025 Cantelys is plump, juicy and ready to go. Succulent dark red plum fruit, mocha, dried flowers and a kiss of blood orange all grace this soft, wonderfully forward Merlot. All the elements are very nicely balanced from start to finish.
