The 2015 Zinfandel Fredericks Vineyard is one of the more nervous, tightly wound wines in the range, largely a reflection of the site's location at 1,000 feet on the Sonoma site of Mt. Veeder. Iron, savory herbs, chalk, white pepper and dried flowers are some of the signatures. This is a rare 2015 that is likely to require at least some cellaring.
