Score 93/100 · Drink 2026-2030, Eric Guido, Vinous, Apr 2026

The 2025 Dianthus mixes wild flowers with wet stones, nuances of dried apricot and a lifting whiff of split pine. It opens with a pretty inner sweetness, displaying silken textures contrasted by mineral-infused orchard fruits. It leaves a pleasantly chewy sensation, the senses salivating as a saline inflection and hints of sour citrus linger. This is stunning, but don't be afraid to lose a few bottles in the cellar for a few years.
