Mineral and smoky and yet with depth too. (JR)
Very bright fruit. Shines a bit more vibrantly than the 2006. Shines very brightly in fact – at the height of its powers? Precise. (JR)
(Coche is in the process of replanting his parcel in the top section of Perrieres) An essence of minerals on the nose. Wonderfully ripe, silky and full in the mouth, with sweet flavors of lemon and liquid stone. Powerful, fresh, minerally wine with impressive body for the vintage. This has grand cru palate presence and length. The remaining parcels are 30, 33 and 45 years old.
