Tasting notes
The 2024 Nuits Saint-Georges Les Bas de Combes ler Cru has a light and slightly tertiary loamy bouquet with open-knit red berry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, more cohesive than the Vosne-Romanée with admirable precision on the finish. This is a winsome Nuits Saint-Georges.

Here too there is just enough wood on the nose to merit pointing out though not enough to mask the freshness of the spicy and earth dark berry scents. There is outstanding vibrancy to the delicious middle weight flavors that possess a succulent, even seductive, mouthfeel before culminating in a impressively persistent, balanced and complex finale. This is a terrific Nuits villages and absolutely worth your interest.Drink 2032+
