Tasting notes
The 2024 Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru has a perfumed, floral bouquet, desiccated rose petals infusing the wild strawberry, raspberry and cranberry aromas. Refined and elegant. The palate is medium-bodied with a sorbet-fresh entry, quite citrus-driven with a keen line of acidity. Doesn't quite fan out like the previous couple of vintages but there is commendable purity and poise.

This is also reduced with moderate wood influence but in contrast to the Malconsorts, there is good freshness and verve to the delicious and sleek middle weight flavors that possess acceptable density on the youthfully austere, balanced, firm and compact finale that displays excellent length.Drink 2036+
