Score 88/100 · Drink 2016-2020, Robert Parker, Oct 2016
Their 2014 Chardonnay, which is their only bottling made from purchased fruit, is a good-sized cuvée of 1,650 cases from Carneros Chardonnay vineyards. It is aged nine months in 100% French oak (25% new). The wine displays loads of pineapple and mango fruit, a good, clean, lush mouthfeel, medium body, excellent ripeness and fresh acidity. It is meant to be drunk over the next 3-4 years.

Pride's 2014 Chardonnay is an attractive, open-knit wine laced with the essence of orange blossom, honey, almonds and spices. The 2014 offers lovely oiliness and plenty of texture that compliments the Carneros fruit beautifully.
