Tasting notes
Taut and incisive, the 2024 Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrières (Domaine Louis Jadot) offers up reductive aromas of wet stones and flowers, followed by a medium- to full-bodied, racy, linear palate that concludes with a mineral finish.

The 2024 Meursault Les Perrières ler Cru is a clear step up from the Charmes and Genevrières this year, with a beautifully defined mineral-driven bouquet that blossoms in the glass. The palate is taut and fresh, intense with racy acidity, real depth and drive. Very cohesive all the way through to the finish, there is a sense of completeness here derived from the propitious terroir. Superb.

Mid lemon yellow. Stylish in bouquet, not too exuberant, but with the sense of the stones infusing every aspect of the wine. This is close to full throttle and yet retains an elegance. A very long finish. Extremely good!
