The 2023 Chardonnay Cuvee Louisa comes from the West Sonoma Coast and is expressive in the glass, offering both depth and refreshment. Ripe pineapples, citrus oils, white mushrooms, fresh flowers, and wet stones emerge from this full-bodied Chardonnay. It offers lots of intensity, with a satin-like texture filling the palate, mouthwatering acidity, and a long finish. Drink 2025-2040.
The 2023 Chardonnay Gold Rock Estate Cuvee Louisa is stellar. Chalk, slate, sage, mint and lemon peel all come alive in the glass. This nervy, chiseled Chardonnay captures the essence of this rugged site on the West Sonoma Coast. Aeration fills out the layers beautifully.
