Score 90/100 · Drink 2015-2022, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Aug 2015

The 2013 Chablis Grand Cru les Clos perhaps does not quite possess the "va-va-voom" of Lavantureux's Vaudésir, though it remains a commendable Chablis. It has a light cooking-apple and Conference pear-scented nose, nicely defined but perhaps rather simplistic for a Les Clos. The palate is balanced with a fine thread of acidity, more malic than other Les Clos '13, fresh and lively with green apples and nettle toward the linear finish. It is a decent drop of Chablis for sure, though I would be inclined to drink it in the flush of youth than cellaring.
