Tasting notes
Subtly smoky notes of reduction, much less than on their Section 94. Herbal, aromatic but not pungent. There's some fruit sweetness but, overall, it tastes dry, with a slightly salty finish. Extreme citrus purity on the finish. (JH)

Delicious generous green fruit with gooseberry and ripe lime pickle. There’s a touch of sulphidic complexity, too, and plenty of persistence. Fruity but dry on the finish, classic without being overdone. Really good core fruit. (RH)
pH 3.0, TA 8 g/l, RS 3.8 g/l. Piercing nose and a really delicate palate. Lovely! With a chalky-textured finish. (JR)
100% UCD Clone 1 with vines 26 years old on average. Hand-picked, then whole-bunch-pressed prior to cold settling and fermentation with ambient yeasts. 15% of the volume was inoculated for ferment. Aged for 4 months in stainless-steel tanks then bottled without fining. Smells of struck match and salty lemon and lime zest. Salty lime and lemon pith mix with a touch of cut grass and dried herbs. Lovely stony, salty and bright, with fantastic acidity. Mouth-watering. (AY)
