The 2023 Pinot Noir Thomas was matured for 16 months in 55% new French oak. It has layered aromas of raspberry, pomegranate, Earl Grey tea leaves, underbrush and earth. The medium-bodied palate is bursting with fragrant waves of berry fruit. It’s structured by silky tannins and fresh acidity and has a very long, fragrant finish. 216 cases were made.

The 2023 Pinot Noir Thomas is a fine example of the Donum house style. Aromatic, punchy and yet also medium in body, the 2023 has a lot to recommend it. Crushed flowers, plum, spice, new leather, cedar and menthol fill out the layers effortlessly.
