Score 92/100 · Drink 2020-2027, Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW, Wine Advocate, Jan 2020

Deep garnet in color, the 2009 Cambium features a good intensity of baked plums, warm cassis and dried mulberries scents with touches of spice cake, tobacco, bouquet garni and charcuterie plus a touch of leather. Medium-bodied, the palate delivers a good amount of expressive, mature black fruit and savory flavors, framed by chewy tannins and plenty of freshness, finishing with a lively herbal lift.
