Score 90/100 · Drink 2022-2030, Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate, May 2022

Blended primarily from Coombsville and Stags Leap District fruit, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Grown is 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc. It spent 17 months in oak, mostly French, 42% new. It's a smooth, suave Cab for early drinking, as it's not that concentrated or rich but has an easy drinkability and good varietal flavors of cassis, cherries and mint, with a balanced dose of cedar and vanilla.
