The 2023 Chardonnay Bunker Hill boasts a bright, flinty lift, with aromas of pear, melon, vanilla, anise, and citrus blossoms. It’s brighter in color, with a long, silky feel and medium-bodied texture. It will only continue to build over time. This site is always a month delayed in its maturation compared to the other vineyards they work with. Due to this windy site, the wind imparts a thickness to the skin, which contributes to the wine's tannin and structure. Drink 2025-2037.

The 2023 Chardonnay Bunker Hill comes from vines planted in 1995. It has alluring scents of golden apples, quince, beeswax, panna cotta, crème brûlée and flint. The medium-bodied palate has a silky texture and generous, honeyed fruit. It’s balanced by vibrant acidity and has a very long finish.
The 2023 Chardonnay Bunker Hill wafts up with a nuanced and incredibly pretty mix of chamomile, wet stones, lemon oil and mint. It is soothingly round and elegant in feel, offering a gentle lime tinge up front that excites the senses as mineral-inflected green apple slowly saturates. Deeply textured, it cleans up beautifully, leaving an enriching hint of custard and a sour citrus twang that puckers the cheeks. A gorgeous wine of contrasts.
