Transparent ruby. Spicy nose but the oak has not been overdone. Really very nicely balanced, with fresh fruit and the gentlest of oak signatures. Tastes like an English Pinot rather than a copy of burgundy. Very gentle mouthful but with refreshment and fruit. Well done! (JR)

The 2023 Pinot Noir Rabbit Hole was grown in Kent and aged in both French and American barrels with one-fifth new oak. It's pale red in hue with a note of cherry and the spicy woodland scent of lichen. The light palate features tart red berry notes and a smattering of spice. The 2023 is a pure, beautiful Pinot Noir from a cooler year, expressing immense tenderness and subtlety.
