Revisited from bottle, the 2017 Chablis La Boissonneuse is showing well, offering up aromas of peach, citrus oil and orange blossom. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, with bright acids, good depth at the core and a nicely defined, delicately fragrant finish.

The 2017 Chablis La Boissonneuse, which is named after the lieu-dit , has an attractive bouquet with cooking apple, cold stone and light touches of sea spray. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, pretty and poised despite just a small reduction, but with fine salinity towards the finish.
