Tasting notes
This shows white flowers, steely wet stones and subtle green apples. The palate is medium-bodied, sharp, austere and stony, with an almost effervescent grainy texture that is captivating. Vivid and sharp. This comes from a vineyard planted in San Pablo at 1,400 meters on limestone-rich soil. Drink now or hold.

The 2023 Finca Las Cuchillas comes from two small limestone plots in San Pablo, Uco Valley. Aged in concrete, it’s bright yellow in color. The 2023 opens with aromas of green apple and pear, along with an intense mountain herb profile, highlighted by huacatay. Dry and slightly rich on the palate, it has a vibrant, energetic structure with a touch of salinity, chalk and a pleasant hint of ginger. This is a high-altitude Chardonnay with a profile deeply shaped by its terroir.
About the producer
