Score 90/100 · Robert Parker, Dec 2007
An outstanding Pinot is the 2005 Pinot Noir Coastlands Vineyard (a tiny production of only 132 cases). It tastes akin to liquid steel infused with black cherries and cranberries. One of the more backward 2005s, it will reward patience as it possesses considerable concentration and acidity as well as a fresh, lively finish. Tel. (707) 433-6425; Fax (707) 433-6546
