Score 92/100 · Drink 2025-2029, Eric Guido, Vinous

Depths of crushed apricot and nectarine are complicated by gingery spice as the 2023 Picpoul Blanc opens in the glass. The texture is soft, with brisk acidity and crunchy mineral tones for balance, while a tart saturation of green apple embellishes the close. The palate is left completely refreshed, tapering off long with a sour citrus tinge that puckers the cheeks.
