Tasting notes
This is very tight grained with graphite and blue fruit. Hints of savory, light caramel, some iron and salt. Really complex. It’s medium-bodied with a solid core of fruit and a lingering finish. Poised and gorgeous now, but will improve with age.

The 2022 Pinot Noir Three Hills is a dark, brooding wine. A blast of dark cherry/plum fruit, espresso, menthol, licorice and dried herbs makes a strong opening statement. This is an imposing, potent style, especially in the tannin profile.
