Score 92/100 · Drink 2015-2022, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Mar 2015
The 2011 Reserve Pinot Noir has a vibrant, well-defined red cherry and cranberry-scented bouquet that gains intensity in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp tannin, lively red berry fruit, gradually unfurling in the glass with impressive precision toward the finish. This is very classic in style, quite complex with plenty of freshness on the sous-bois-tinged finish. Excellent.

Vivid ruby-red. High-pitched red berry and Asian spice aromas are complemented by candied rose and smoky minerals. Juicy raspberry and bitter cherry flavors gain sweetness with air, with tangy acidity providing lift. Softens and spreads out on the finish, which clings with excellent tenacity and focus.
