The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is a big, dense, muscular wine burdened at present with plenty of tannin and a certain hardness and austerity. I’d forget it for five years and hope for the best.

Quixote's 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is dark, juicy and inviting. Super-ripe blueberry, blackberry, mint, spice and lavender are pushed forward in an open, succulent Cabernet with plenty of near and medium-term appeal.
Raspberry jam, wild flowers, spices, mint and leather flesh out in Quixote's 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine that offers lovely depth and especially softness for the year. Overall, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon has a little more depth and richness than the 2012, although it is also less imposing than many other 2013s, all of which it means it will drink well with minimal cellaring.
The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Stags Leap Ranch appears to be far superior to the 2012. Aromas and flavors of blueberries, blackberries, charcoal and spring flowers are accompanied by a wine with a full-bodied mouthfeel, beautiful focus and purity, and terrific intensity.
