The 2021 Pinot Noir Sunnyside Vineyard is youthfully inward and brooding with depths of musky black cherry, cola, and a dusting of cocoa and sage. This soothes the palate with its lifted, finessed textures and pure red berry fruits, taking on a crunchy sensation over time. Inner rosy florals resonate throughout the finish as the 2021 tapers off with medium-length, classically dry with fine-grained tannins. This is a baby today, but having tasted a second bottle opened twenty-four hours earlier, I do not doubt it will mature beautifully.
