Tasting notes
An attractive Loire Valley style of Sauvignon, with notes of lime, melon and a touch of honeyed fig, the crisp, gravelly, medium-bodied 2013 Fumé Blanc is not one of the greats ever produced under this label, but it is certainly very good. Drink it over the next 3-4 years.

The 2013 Fumé Blanc Reserve is deep, powerful and super-expressive, with a compelling interplay of bright, varietal flavors and the phenolic intensity that these old vines confer. Grapefruit, lime, white flowers and white pepper notes give the wine much of its aromatic presence.
