(for 375 ml.; done in stainless steel and bottled about four months after the harvest) Captivating aromas of lime, mint and spring flowers, with a hint of oyster shell. Juicy and lively in the mouth, with bright grapefruit and floral flavors. Comes across as much less sweet than its 100 grams of residual sugar would suggest, thanks to bright acidity and citrus peel notes. This was served to me as partly frozen slush, which is the way Robert Mondavi enjoys this extremely refreshing wine.
