Score 92/100 · Drink 2016-2031, Robert Parker, Dec 2016

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Clew has all the same technical characteristics, but the vintage has produced a much more open-knit, precocious, up-front and charming style of wine, a sexy combination of blackcurrants, licorice, new oak and earth. It is medium to full-bodied, plush and easy to drink and understand. It should evolve for up to 15 or more years.

Score 90-93/100 · Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Oct 2015

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Clew is a bit more compact than the 2013, but also has a kick more energy, which is to say both wines are very much in line with the character of their respective vintages. Lavender, violets and sweet spice are laced into a core of ripe blueberry and blackberry jam.
