Pale to medium brick colored, the 1983 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate has a subtle yet absolutely lovely nose of dried flowers, cranberry sauce, raspberry preserves and powdered cinnamon with a hint of forest floor. The medium-bodied palate fills the mouth with perfumed red fruit preserves, supported by chewy tannins and just enough freshness, finishing long and spicy.
