The 2023 Chambolle-Musigny Les Feusselottes 1er Cru has just a soupçon of overripeness on the nose, which we will have to see if it remains after bottling. The palate is a smooth, sweet, quite candied Chambolle-Musigny with a nod to Tuscany. It is balanced and fresh but it cannot hide its exotic leaning. Perhaps this was just picked a little late.
