Tasting notes
A picture-perfect example of the vintage, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is rich, layered and intense. Dark plums, cherries, menthol, cloves and violets all flesh out in this full-bodied, extroverted wine. Hints of mocha and espresso appear later, adding further depth and complexity. The style is powerful and opulent, yet all the elements are very nicely balanced. A serious, deep wine, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is an impressive showing from Cameron Woodbridge.

Anticipated maturity: 2012-2019. Cameron Woodbridge learned to make wine working alongside his brother, Jayson Woodbridge, at Hundred Acre. The Stormy Weather Cabernets, however, have their own distinct personalities. I tasted three vintages, all of them promising. Tel. (707) 812-0613
