The 2015 Romas Grenache is great. It's powerful and supple, layered with spice and shaped by firm tannins through the finish. This is a wine for the future and perhaps not now—although it is lovely today—but those tannins will help preserve it, along with the lower pH of this vineyard, long into the future. Sealed under natural cork, poured from a 750-milliliter bottle.
