2014 Cornas Les Grandes Terraces

As to the Northern Rhône releases, the 2014 Cornas les Grandes Terraces sports a deep ruby color as well as classic Cornas notes of black olives, wood smoke, beef blood and meaty dark fruits. Despite the masculine, wild aromas and flavors, it’s surprisingly elegant and polished on the palate, with fine tannin and a great finish. It’s a beautiful wine to drink over the coming 10-15 years.
