Unoaked. Spontaneous ferment. Tangy with wild herbs and a lovely nutty/sour freshness with texture as much as fruit flavour. Salty-sour finish and a lot of presence for such moderate alcohol. Dry and finely grained on the finish. Complex and long. (JH)

There's some oak here which seems a bit tacked-on. Fleshy fruit and juicy, sappy palate. (RH)
