Tasting notes
Bright pale yellow. Musky pineapple, apple and a hint of toasted bread on the nose. Densely packed, intense and light on its feet; suave and balanced from day one. Citrus and pineapple flavors are lifted by a note of crushed stone. The tactile finish features a firm citrus edge and subtle length. This did not go through malolactic fermentation.
