Tasting notes
Notes of wild berries, peonies, orange rind, smoke and exotic spices introduce the 2019 Echézeaux Grand Cru, a medium to full-bodied, chalky wine that showed a rather austere side when I visited, stringy tannins clamping down on the finish.
