Tasting notes
RS 25.9 g/l. Big-bang levels of flavour: rose, tropical fruits, treacle, ginger, mixed peel, lychee juice. Unmistakeable. Voluminous in every dimension, yet doesn't sit heavy on the palate. The sumo wrestler of white wine. (RH)

RS 25.9 g/l. Combines peppery spice with opulent lychee and rose-petal fruit with very soft acidity and generous but balanced residual sugar. So charismatic! Lots of opulence and perfume. Lives up to its 'boudoir' reputation. (RH)
Thereâs nothing obvious about this intensely spicy gewurz. In fact, studying the aromas is like solving an intricate puzzle. Very powerful and creamy with succulent tropical-fruit character, the bold minerality balancing the touch of sweetness. The palate is no less intriguing, thanks to the cool depths that are ever more revealed on the very refined finish. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
