Tasting notes
The 2010 Pinot Blanc Robert Young Vineyard is gorgeous entry-level white. Pears, flowers and white peaches are woven together in this expressive white. The 2010 shows lovely mid-palate weight and fabulous overall harmony at this level. This is another terrific showing. The Pinot Blanc was aged predominantly in stainless steel although a small percentage (15%) was aged in oak barrels with partial malolactic fermentation.

This is a fabulous set of wines from Chateau St. Jean, winemaker Margo Van Staaveren and her team. From top to bottom, these wines deliver tons of value and character. Tel.
