Savory herbs, mint, dried flowers and sweet red berries are all woven together in the 2011 Chambolle-Musigny Les Combottes. The combination of expressive fruit and the more savory notes typical of the vintage are highly intriguing. In that sense, the Combottes is a representative 2011.

Good bright red. Medicinal red cherry dominates the nose. Juicy on entry, then imploded on the middle palate, with dark cherry and pepper flavors framed by ripe acidity and serious tannic spine. In a youthfully tough style: this wine will require at least a few years of bottle aging.
