Score 86/100 · Robert Parker, Dec 2005

The 2003 Pinot Noir Anderson Valley has a medium/darkish ruby color and a nice texture, but too much oak is noticeable at the moment. Once past the vanilla and creamy overlay, pleasant cranberry, cherry, and strawberry fruit notes emerge. If the oak were better integrated, this wine might deserve a slightly higher rating. Tel.
