Score 91/100 · Drink 2018-2029, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Jun 2016

The 2012 Pinot Noir Fleur de Lis is matured in two-thirds new French oak for 16 months. It has a juicy redcurrant and pomegranate scented bouquet with hints of juniper coming through with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with mulberry and wild strawberry fruit, a touch of white pepper, grippy in the mouth with quite a dense finish. Give this another couple of years in bottle and you will have yourself a fine Pinot Noir.
