Juicy and pliant on the palate, offering intense citrus and orchard fruit flavors underscored by a vein of smoky minerality. Becomes deeper and sweeter with air, finishing with strong energy, a repeating vanilla nuance and firm mineral bite. 40% new French oak.

The 2016 Coeur Blanc has a very fresh nose of lemon, baby’s breath flowers, red apple skin and crushed rock with intriguing notes of sweet tobacco leaves. Medium to full-bodied with some creaminess to the texture, it gives up lots of lemon and yellow tree fruit in the mouth, with very juicy, mouthwatering acidity and dried leaves and tobacco notes coming through on the very long finish.
