2015 Domaine Serene Chardonnay Etoile Vineyard

Pale yellow-gold. Mineral-tinged nectarine, orange, Anjou pear, vanilla and white flowers on the intensely perfumed nose. Silky and focused in the mouth, offering juicy citrus and orchard fruit flavors complemented by suggestions of fennel, sweet butter and candied lemon peel. Shows excellent depth as well as vivacity and finishes minerally, chewy and very long, with repeating citrus and orchard fruit notes. 50% new oak.
