Score 91/100 · Drink 2015-2025, Jeb Dunnuck, Wine Advocate, Dec 2015

From the Brune side of the appellation across from Landonne, the 2012 Côte Rôtie Côte Bodin has more in common with the But de Mont than the more masculine, structured Fongeant and Viallière releases. Its transparent ruby color is followed by a terrific perfume of wild strawberries, raspberries, spring flowers, and hints of olives and gamey meat. Silky, seamless and sexy with no hard edges, it's already hard to resist, but should shine for a decade.
