Score 87/100 · Drink 2019, Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Aug 2019

Full, bright golden-yellow with a pink tinge. Aromas of redcurrant and faded flowers. Still has texture and life but totally evolved, with an element of lemony acidity that comes across as spiky today. Finishes with a dry, almost tannic impression, turning increasingly nutty with aeration. This should have been drunk a while ago.
