Score 90+/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Sep 2010

Light bright medium yellow. Reticent, soil-driven aromas of peach skin and pit, iodine and earth, plus a whiff of melon. Broad, deep and chewy but youthfully closed, with pit fruits and minerals dominating. A very backward premier cru that will require time in bottle to harmonize. Quite minerally on the end.
