Round and easy and utterly charming. Lots of fruit and explosion on the palate. Very long. Hint of chestnuts as ever! (JR)

Medium red. Stony aromas of raspberry, flowers and fresh herbs. A step up in density and persistence from the Beaux-Bruns, with a sappier quality to the musky red fruit, pepper and spice flavors. This really coats the mouth with flavor. With its emerging notes of minerals and wild herbs, this smelled like Bonnes-Mares in the empty glass.
