Score 16/20 · Drink 2008-2012, Jancis Robinson MW, Feb 2007

From a blind tasting of more than 60 white burgundies submitted to British Airways for serving in their First Class cabin from August 2008 until August 2009. Fresh, muscular, quite energetic nose. But not quite enough fresh fruit weight on the mid palate. Not awful but not beautiful. (JR)

Lower-toned, carnal nose currently showing more honeysuckle and earth than primary fruits; conveys a strong impression of a sunny site. Then fat, generous and open-knit in the mouth, but with superb energy to the flavors of sweet stone fruits and wet stone. Much fleshier than the Blanchots, but a bit extreme right now.
