Tasting notes
Very attractive aromas of currants, spices and minerals follow through to a medium to full body, with fine tannins and a mineral, flint and light basil undertone with the fruit. Subtle and refined. Drink or hold.

Composed of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, and small dollops of Syrah, Petit Verdot and Malbec, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is a completely different animal than the Cabernet Franc. It exhibits lots of juicy black fruits intermixed with graphite, licorice and floral notes. The color is a healthy dark ruby/purple, and the wine is medium to full-bodied and nicely concentrated with moderate but soft tannins in the finish. This wine should drink well for 15-20 years. Tel.
