Tasting notes
Subtler than the Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, although it is still powerful in fruit and warm in alcohol. Defiantly dense. Very different to the Loire mode of this variety – no herbal touches here, this is all about fruit volume. (RH)

The 2018 Cabernet Franc sports a deep garnet-purple color and understated notions of black raspberries, Morello cherries and boysenberries with hints of fallen leaves, potpourri and dusty soil. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers restrained, toned-down red and black fruit preserves with lots of savory accents, supported by a chewy texture and well-knit freshness, finishing fragrant.
