Score 93/100 · Drink 2015-2025, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Mar 2015
The 2010 Pinot Noir Evenstad Reserve has a very pure, almost unassuming, nonchalant bouquet with pretty red berry fruit complemented by bay leaf and sous-bois aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red berry fruit, fine salinity and a gentle build to quite a convincing tea-leaf finish that is very classic in style. More depth here than the 2007, this 2010 should drink beautifully over the next decade.

Bright ruby. Red berries and cherry skin on the high-pitched nose. Tangy, oak-spiced cherry and raspberry flavors have a slightly tart edge and pick up a smoky nuance with air. The finish shows gentle sweetness and youthful tannins, along with notes of vanilla and mocha.
